Lehman Mortgage and Structured Finance Veteran Appointed New CEO at Integrated Asset Services

Industry Leader Promises New Approach to Solving Ongoing Challenges

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - May 3, 2011) - Integrated Asset Services®, LLC (IAS®), a leader in default management and residential home collateral services, today announced that Paul E. Sveen, an accomplished executive in the residential mortgage and structured finance businesses, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.

A 25-year veteran of the industry, Mr. Sveen was recognized for his solutions-based approach to client relationship development. As part of his 19 year career with Lehman Brothers, Mr. Sveen held executive leadership roles in Lehman Brothers structured finance and securitization businesses and at Aurora Loan Services, Lehman's largest residential mortgage company, based in Denver. Mr. Sveen was instrumental in building Lehman Brothers into Wall Street's top securitization franchise.
