Leisure Canada Inc. Appoints New Chairman and Director to the Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 4, 2010) - Leisure Canada Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LCN) (the "Company"), a Canadian corporation with three large-scale luxury real estate projects under development in Cuba, announces the appointment of Ned Goodman as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Roman Doroniuk has resigned as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors.
