Leo Improves Zinc Air Generator

SEOUL, KOREA--(Marketwire - Jul 7, 2011) - Leo Motors, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LEOM) announced today that it has further developed its Zinc Air Fuel Cell (ZAFC) Generator with additional innovations which it believes can enhance the efficiency of and reduce the size and weight of the ZAFC generator.

First, Leo developed a new type of zinc ball by adding aluminum and magnesium. Leo believes the new balls react to the air and electrolyte better than existing balls, and should generate electricity more efficiently and effectively.

Leo also developed an engineering plastic which reduces the size and weight of the generator, and a new circulator. The circulator enhances the contact between zinc balls and electrolyte. Electrolyte density sensor and electrolyte injector make the new ZAFC Generator use less electrolyte, which makes up more than 60% of the generator's size and weight.

Leo has applied for patents for the new ZAFC technologies.
