LeoNovus™ Inc. Unveils Its LeoNovusTV™ With Public Beta Release

Select Audience Access Through Registration on FirstAccess.LeoNovus.com

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwire - March 25, 2011) - LeoNovus Inc. ("LeoNovus" or the "Company") (TSX-V: LTV) today announced that it has established a registration site for its public beta release of LeoNovusTV at FirstAccess.LeoNovus.com. Release dates for selected registrants will vary by operating system but are expected to be in the mid-May time frame.

LeoNovusTV is a new generation SMART TV connected technology that has been built from the ground up to deliver on the principles of accessing the full Internet via an easy to use, "lean back" consumer-friendly graphical user interface. This early product release is a software platform available for download on a computer system or other qualified hardware device capable of being connected to a TV via an HDMI cable. Add an Internet connection, a remote control (or smart phone/wireless keyboard) and you are ready to browse the web, watch your favorite movie or TV show -- or use Facebook to share your videos and photos -- all using the largest monitor in the house -- the HDTV.

"Few technologies have so fundamentally changed the way we live today more than the World Wide Web," said Gordon Campbell, CEO of LeoNovus. "We get our news from the Web, communicate with our friends and family over the Web, pay our bills, send flowers, buy books and music, watch videos on YouTube -- even enjoy our favorite TV shows and movies -- all thanks to the vast and limitless power of the Web. There's virtually nothing of interest today that can't be found, viewed or delivered 24/7 over the Internet. If you want it and it's out there, you'll be able to get it delivered to you over the Web. And this is only the beginning."

"Historically, the PC has been the growth driver for the Web with a focus on productivity and communications applications," explained Dan Willis, Chief Architect for LeoNovus. "Today, the Internet can deliver high quality full 1080p OTT movies and TV shows as well as Flash based applications including large multiplayer online games. I can now use LeoNovusTV to watch an NHL.com stream of my local hockey game from Canada while in California or play World of Warcraft on the largest monitor in the house, my HDTV flat panel. It is much more enjoyable to use an easy interface, lean back and press 'play,' or lean forward and engage in interactive activity. LeoNovus is all about delivering high performance, easy to use, full access Internet at a low cost."

LeoNovus is looking to connect with a select audience with their early access product during this beta timeline. "This audience is important to us," stated Paul Master, Chief Technology Officer for LeoNovus. "We hope to have an ongoing open dialogue with this community for purposes of delivering on expectations to this market. We believe there is demand for the right hardware/software and graphical user interface that previous entrants have not met. The philosophy here is that you should be able to run everything that you can on your PC but without the overhead, including cost and maintenance. We are very excited by the technology breakthroughs that our engineering teams have achieved."

LeoNovus has designed a software platform that includes a remotely managed system to provide the current missing business model components to support downstream revenues for all participants in the value chain. This managed system will also allow for localization and application support for partners that want to enable their development communities. There are areas of commercialization around communications, social networking, games, VOD, interactive sports programming via subscription, education, user generated content, peripherals, etc. The Internet is becoming one of the largest distribution channels of modern times.
