OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2007) - Today, the Hon. Rob Nicholson, P.C., Q.C., M.P., Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, forwarded the following letter to Ruby Dhalla, M.P. for Brampton-Springdale, with respect to false accusations made on CBC's Politics, on Wednesday, November 14, 2007.

Yesterday on the CBC Newsworld program Politics you stated and I quote:

"We have a Minister of Justice, Don, with the Conservative Party
with the Conservative Government who was a parliamentary secretary
in the Mulroney government and when this Minister became Minister
of Justice he actually stopped the investigation that was going
on in regards to Mulroney and the $2.1 million that Canadian

This statement is completely false and I would ask that you rise in the House of Commons prior to Question Period today to withdraw the statement and apologize.
