LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 15, 2015) - Levine Leichtman Capital Partners ("LLCP"), a private equity firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California, continues its expansion in the UK and Irish markets with the announcement that John O'Neill, Managing Director, has recently joined the firm and will assume responsibility for managing its London office. Mr. O'Neill will lead the firm's efforts in investment opportunities throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Since opening its London office, LLCP has seen considerable success, completing its investment in Mander Portman Woodward, an independent schools business, during 2012 and recently backing the management team in the purchase of CJ Fallon, an educational content business.

Mr. O'Neill will be a member of the Structured Equity team. He participates in the origination of investment opportunities, investment due diligence and portfolio management.
Prior to joining LLCP, he was a partner at Graphite Capital, where he worked for 12 years. Mr. O'Neill's previous experience was at Hawkpoint Partners and Deloitte. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Accounting degrees from University College Dublin, Ireland.
