HUNTINGTON, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 30, 2013) - Joseph Secreti, owner and founder of 22 Cactus Salons and Spas, will be offering free makeovers to clients of the Family Service League on January 13 at the Dix Hills location. The free "makeover" includes hair styling and coloring to the many FSL clients who cannot afford the services.
"Our Cactus Salon and Spa professionals are excited to give back to the community," says Secreti.
For over ten years Cactus Salon and Spa has worked with the Family Service League by offering free beauty services to the clients who cannot afford high -end services.
"The Family Service League clients are training to get back into the work-force, or are struggling with issues they are looking to overcome. The boost in self-confidence a makeover can give is remarkable."
Participants will also enjoy a complimentary dinner and be offered gently used fashion accessories to choose from.
Family Service League and Cactus Salon and Spa is also inviting any reporters and photographers to see this wonderful event, hear how this experience affects the participants, and photograph the staff as they work.
