Liberty Star controls two properties covering an expanse of about 246 square miles (157,440 acres) in what it considers some of North America's richest mineral regions in Arizona and Alaska. The Company has claims in the Iliamna - Big Chunk and Bonanza Hills of Alaska, an area spanning roughly 190 square miles (121,760 acres) about 200 miles southwest of Anchorage. Bonanza Hills has potential for high-grade gold mineralization with more than three ounces per ton cropping out in places. The Big Chunk has potential for multiple zones of copper-gold-molybdenum-silver-zinc like the adjacent Pebble deposit, or bulk tonnage gold disseminated in volcanic rocks similar to Round Mountain Nevada.
