Liese Tamburrino Named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Marketcraft

COLUMBIA, MD--(Marketwire - May 13, 2008) - JPB Enterprises, Inc., a Columbia, Maryland based private equity firm, announced that Liese Tamburrino has been named Chief Executive Officer of Marketcraft, effective immediately.

Marketcraft, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona creates extraordinary environments for real estate sales and discovery centers, upscale resorts, entertainment venues, recreational facilities, and themed environments like museums, activity centers, and health care facilities. Founded in 1997, Marketcraft partners with its clients to understand and capture their vision and develop a "strategic design" -- a space that not only appeals to the general public, but also to a specific target audience. Marketcraft was acquired by JPB Enterprises in February 2008.

Tamburrino joins Marketcraft from MG Design Associates where she was most recently the Vice President and General Manager. She is a highly experienced global management professional with a track record of building highly productive and performing teams for both major corporations and smaller, entrepreneurial endeavors. Besides her work at MG Design, Liese has also served in senior leadership positions with both US-based and International concerns such as Koln Messe, where she was the North American Managing Director, GE Capital, where she served as Director of Training, as well as successfully launching her own company, Camden Partners International, which specialized in international business development. Camden Partners International was acquired by MG Design in April of 2007.

"Liese prides herself on building strong, client focused teams that are dedicated and focused on consistently exceeding client expectations," stated James Bolduc, Vice President of JPB Enterprises. "She brings a passion, a dedication and a commitment to developing strong relationships both within the company and with the company's clients as a cornerstone for achieving long-term mutually beneficial results for all stakeholders," added Bolduc. "We are delighted to have Liese in the key leadership position not only for Marketcraft, but also for the experience she will bring to all of the JPBE portfolio companies," concluded Bolduc.

"I am thrilled by the opportunity that I have in front of me with Marketcraft and JPB Enterprises," said Tamburrino. "Marketcraft has a proud tradition of enabling their clients to achieve extraordinary results. When this history is combined with the resources of JPB Enterprises, I know that our clients will be excited about what we can do to deliver value and real results to their business efforts."

Tamburrino is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, has studied at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and holds a Master's Degree in Management from the Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business. Liese will be based at Marketcraft's Tempe, Arizona Headquarters location. She will replace Mark Rohde, a Vice President of JPB Enterprises, who had served in the role of interim-CEO since JPBE's acquisition of the Company in February of this year. Mark will return to Maryland to resume his duties there with JPBE.

Marketcraft is one of JPBE's current investments in the custom design and build of specialty display exhibits and commercial environments. In 2006, JPBE acquired GO3E, LLC, the parent company of Exhibit Effects - East, LLC (dba Triple E), a leader in display fixture manufacturing, design, logistics and project management for the retail and trade show industries. In 2007, JPBE acquired Utility Inc. and its Department of Energy (DOE) design division. Utility is a Seattle-based full service provider of custom exhibits, point-of-purchase displays, retail and environmental solutions, creative services, and industrial design. And in 2008, JPBE acquired both Marketcraft and DisplayWorks, a custom design and fabrication firm and build firm for trade show exhibits, respectively, from MICE NA.
