LifeMasters Appoints Clay Timon and Margaret Pfau Laub to Board of Directors

Retired Chairman and CEO of Landor Associates and Former McKesson Health Solutions President Bring Significant Knowledge of Healthcare Services and Corporate Branding to LifeMasters

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 13, 2006 -- LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, Inc., a leading provider of disease management programs and services in the nation, announced two key appointments to the company's Board of Directors. Clay Timon, retired Chairman and CEO of Landor Associates, a leading global brand strategy and design consultancy firm, and Margaret Pfau Laub, former President of McKesson Health Solutions, a 3,000-employee multi-business unit division of $60 billion McKesson Corporation, have joined the LifeMasters Board of Directors.

Clay Timon joins the LifeMasters Board with more than 35 years of deep experience in strategic marketing and brand building, having worked for some of the best known and most successful consumer products companies and branding agencies. Most recently, he was Chairman and CEO of Landor Associates, the world's leading global branding firm that created brands for a long list of well-known clients including Frito-Lay, BP, Procter & Gamble, Federal Express, NYSE (The New York Stock Exchange), Microsoft, Delta Air Lines, Pfizer, Ford, and Hewlett-Packard. While at Landor, Timon was the chief architect for growth and transformation throughout the company's global network, achieving an increase from 15 to 51 percent in revenue generated by Landor's top ten clients. Timon is a member of the Business Advisory Council of the Leeds School of Business of the University of Colorado, his alma mater; a member of the Board of Directors of Music in the Vineyards (the Napa Valley Summer Chamber Music Festival) and a member of the Commercial Enterprise Committee of Copia (The American Center for Wine, Food and the Arts), Napa, California.

Margaret Pfau Laub is a distinguished leader from the healthcare industry and a natural fit for LifeMasters. Laub brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare management, having spent 15 years in various senior management roles with McKesson, most recently with McKesson Health Solutions -- a division she created and ran for several years. She was responsible for developing and implementing McKesson's disease management strategy and for spearheading many innovations in their healthcare services and pharmaceutical business lines. While at McKesson Health Solutions, she was responsible for managing 16 business lines spanning nine U.S. states and Australia, in addition to leading successful initiatives related to acquisitions, divestitures and strategic planning. Under her leadership, revenues doubled between 2001 and 2003. Previous to her career at McKesson, she held public accounting and financial management positions. Laub also serves on the board of the Arizona BioIndustry Organization and Denver-based Policy Studies, Inc.

As LifeMasters continues its rapid growth trajectory, the company's leadership has focused on enhancing board governance by bringing on outside, non-investor board members to oversee current operations, provide strategic and operational input while effectively guiding the company's future growth and development. Laub and Timon join other outside non-investor Board Members including Lou Lavigne, retired CFO of Genentech, and Ralph Snyderman, M.D., former President and CEO of Duke University Health System.

"Our goal was to bring on several outside board members with a diversity of skills and knowledge which we have now achieved with the final addition of Margaret and Clay," said LifeMasters Executive Chair Christobel Selecky.

"They both bring a wealth of experience in our core market sector of disease management and health care services, and in building lasting corporate brands. As with all of our outside board members, we were looking for seasoned executives with demonstrated experience in strategy development, operational management, and a passion for our mission of helping individuals achieve and maintain optimal health. We are looking forward to the expertise and knowledge they will bring to LifeMasters," continued Selecky.
