LifeMasters Strengthens Management Team

New Leadership Brings More Than 70 Years of Experience to Leading Disease Management Company

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 25, 2005 -- LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, Inc., a leading disease management company, today announced four key management appointments designed to add more depth and operational strength to support the company's growing customer base and expansion plans. The new appointees include: Mel Lewis, Chief Information Officer and Pamela Fromelt, Vice President, Government Programs. The company recognized internal staff achievements with the promotions of Gordon Holter to Senior Vice President, Health Improvement Services and Angie Fyfe to Vice President, Health Improvement Services.

Mel Lewis
Chief Information Officer
In his role as Chief Information Officer, Mr. Lewis is responsible for leading all aspects of identifying information and technology needs for the organization and delivering services to meet those needs including the information systems, the technology infrastructure and the IT organization. Prior to LifeMasters, Mr. Lewis was a Director in the Health Care Practice of Deloitte Consulting where, for nearly two decades, he provided comprehensive operational and information technology consultation to some of the nation's leading healthcare organizations. Mr. Lewis' expertise includes the development of creative and practical solutions to business problems and the successful implementation of business change recommendations resulting in significant financial and operational improvements.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lewis was Vice President of Information Systems and Planning for Evalucom, Inc., where he was responsible for establishing an Information Systems department and enhancing the company's planning processes. He started his career with IBM, where he held various management, systems engineering and technical support positions within the company for more than seven years.

Mr. Lewis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Pamela Fromelt
Vice President, Government Programs
As the Vice President of Government Programs Fromelt's responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with LifeMasters government clients. Ms. Fromelt is a registered nurse with more than twenty years of healthcare experience, encompassing health plan operations, disease management, quality improvement, utilization and case management. Throughout her career, she has had extensive experience in leading business and call center operations. Prior to joining LifeMasters, Fromelt was a senior manager in the health care and public sector practices of Deloitte Consulting where she consulted with public sector, non-profit and publicly traded health care clients in improving all phases of business operations. Ms. Fromelt also has experience working with large government agencies serving Medicaid populations and in helping health plans improve their Medicare programs.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Fromelt held the position of Vice President of Managed Care at HealthSource Indiana, Inc. where she contributed to the achievement of successful results in improving provider network operations, reducing medical losses and in developing action plans to address specific utilization patterns in commercial and government products.

Ms. Fromelt is a member of the Illinois Association for Health Quality, is a board member of the Mental Health Association of greater Chicago and has served on the URAC Disease Management Advisory Council. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Gordon C. Holter
Senior Vice President, Health Improvement Services and Human Resources
Gordon Holter has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Health Improvement Services and Human Resources and is responsible for all LifeMasters call center operations, enrollment, fulfillment, and training, as well as the company's human resources functions. Mr. Holter joined LifeMasters in 2004 with more than 30 years of experience in customer service and human resources.

Prior to joining LifeMasters, Mr. Holter served as Vice President of Customer Care Deluxe Corporation, the largest provider of related products for the financial services industry. During his nine years at Deluxe, he was responsible for their 11 customer service sites, supervising a staff of approximately 1,800 employees. Mr. Holter's career began at First Bank (the predecessor to U.S. Bank) where he rose over 22-year tenure to the position of Vice President, Human Resources and, ultimately, to the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Service with responsibilities for leadership of First Banks' call center operations.

Mr. Holter holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.

Angie Fyfe
Vice President, Health Improvement Services Operations
Angie Fyfe has been promoted to Vice President, Health Improvement Services (HIS) Operations. In this position, Fyfe is responsible for overall management and strategic direction of LifeMasters' clinical call centers and enrollment operations. She is responsible for monitoring standards for service, enrollment, productivity, training and quality -- ensuring that all standards are met or exceeded. In addition, she monitors customer satisfaction, and provides recommendations to maintain optimal participant and physician satisfaction.

Ms. Fyfe joined LifeMasters as Director of HIS Operations in February, 2004. Prior to LifeMasters, Fyfe served Deluxe Corporation for a total of sixteen years, most recently as Director of Operations for Customer Care. At Deluxe, Ms. Fyfe oversaw multiple call centers and was instrumental in the centers receiving world class ratings from The Brady Group, placing them in the top three percent of all call centers in the United States. Ms. Fyfe also served as marketing strategy director and production manager with the company, and was Director of Customer Care with Williams-Sonoma.

Ms. Fyfe holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and earned a B.A. in marketing from the University of Tulsa. Fyfe is the recipient of Menttium Corporation's Menttium 100® Mentor of the Year Award for 2002, for her leadership and dedication to mentoring and advancing the careers of high-potential women.
