LifeSource Water Announces Movement for Clean Water Through Social Media

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - October 8, 2010) -  LifeSource Water Systems, an innovator in providing efficient and environmentally friendly water systems to residents and businesses, today announced their new social media initiative. They have created new social communities to provide informative clean water resources for this generation and the next. It is an effort to stimulate a movement to encourage everyone to work towards clean, environmentally friendly tap water for every home and business across the nation.

"More and more individuals and businesses are increasingly looking for a way to move away from environmentally destructive water softeners and wasteful bottled water, but still enjoy healthy, clean, delicious water for drinking and bathing," said LifeSource Water President Mark Harris. "We decided to create these new social communities to develop a closer connection with the public and help spread the word about our premium water softener alternative."

LifeSource Water's new social communities include updated Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts, and a new blog that is updated regularly with the latest information related to LifeSource whole house water filter systems and their commercial water softener alternative. The new LifeSource Clean Water communities will be a vibrant area for company and industry news, videos, discussion, and frequently asked questions, as well as a resource for residents and businesses all around the country.

"The recently released movie, 'The Social Network,' about Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg, really illustrates how social media has become an important and integral part of our daily lives," said Harris.

Those who join the new LifeSource social communities will not only be helping the environment by showing their support of the movement, but they will also be notified of the latest clean water events and learn innovative ways to save money and time through tap water filtration and purification.
