LIGATT Security International Hosts First Live Interactive Webcast for Shareholders

CEO Gregory Evans Will Discuss the Future of LIGATT Security International With Shareholders Friday, August 28, 2009

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - August 26, 2009) - LIGATT Security International (LSI) (PINKSHEETS: LGTT) CEO Gregory Evans announced today the company will be hosting its first live interactive webcast for LIGATT shareholders, Friday, August 28th at 3:00 p.m. In order to attend, shareholders need to complete the webcast registration form found online at by 9:00 a.m. on Friday.

Shareholders who register by the 9:00 a.m. deadline will receive a confirmation email 6 hours prior to the webcast which will include the telephone number to call in, along with the pin number needed to join. LSI staff will be monitoring not only the online registration portal, but also the conference call to ensure that only LIGATT shareholders are webcast participants. Evans will not allow anyone to attend if they have not registered by the 9 a.m. deadline.

During the webcast, Evans will be reviewing and discussing the company's vision, future plans and answering additional corporate business questions brought up by shareholders.
