Foti, Jr., remind investors that they have until October 28, 2013 to file lead plaintiff applications in a securities class action lawsuit against LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: LITB), if they purchased the Company's securities in or traceable to LightInTheBox's initial public offering ("IPO") on June 6, 2013 to August 19, 2013 (the "Class Period"). This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

About the Lawsuit

LightInTheBox and certain of its executives are charged with issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.

These false statements and omissions included, in part, that: (i) LightInTheBox's sales growth had dramatically decreased during the second quarter of 2013; (ii) LightInTheBox's costs had grown more than its sales during the second quarter of 2013; and (iii) the Company was not on track to achieve the financial results defendants had led the market to expect during the Class Period.

On August 19, 2013, the Company announced its second quarter 2013 financial results, which were significantly below expectations, causing the Company's shares to fall by almost 40%.
