LightRiver Technologies Appoints New VP of Service Delivery

CONCORD, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 11, 2016) - LightRiver Technologies, Inc., a leader in Factory Built Network^® design and commissioning, proudly announces today it has appointed Eric Goffney as Vice President of Service Delivery. An accomplished veteran in the technology industry, Mr. Goffney joins LightRiver's leadership team in a new and critical role for the company. His focus will be on scaling service delivery, purchasing, logistics and support operations in order to increase the company's reach. He will also work to further develop LightRiver's Factory Built Network delivery model, which leads the industry in the design, deployment and care of complex, best-of-breed transport networks.

Mr. Goffney has led customer service delivery and operations teams in several previous roles, including Vice President of Client Services at Teachscape and Vice President of Customer Success and Support at 8x8, among other notable positions. He boasts extensive expertise in process improvement and customer satisfaction for global technology companies that offer hardware-, software- and service-based products. In his new role at LightRiver, Mr. Goffney will enhance LightRiver's technical market leadership and continuous pursuit of the industry's most valued customer experience.
