Lightstream Confirms August Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Aug. 15, 2014) - Lightstream Resources Ltd. ("Lightstream") (TSX:LTS) is pleased to announce that our cash dividend for the month of August will be paid on September 15, 2014 to all Lightstream shareholders of record on August 31, 2014. The August dividend will be $0.04 per Lightstream share. The ex-dividend date is August 27, 2014.
