Lightstream Confirms January Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jan. 15, 2014) - Lightstream Resources Ltd. ("Lightstream") (TSX:LTS) is pleased to announce that our dividend for the month of January will be paid on February 18, 2014 to all Lightstream shareholders of record on January 31, 2014. The January dividend will be $0.04 per Lightstream share. The ex-dividend date is January 29, 2014.

As previously announced, the dividend reinvestment plan and share dividend plan have been terminated effective December 2013. As a result, this dividend will be paid in cash to all shareholders.
