The Houston born and bred rapper started his career in 2001 with the release of "Leprechaun," a CD that moved more than 100,000 units before Flip signed with a major label. He quickly caught the attention of Loud Records and went on to sell 500,000 copies of "Leprechaun," earning himself a gold plaque for his initial release.
