Lincoln Announces Approval of Continuation

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2007) - LINCOLN GOLD CORPORATION (OTCBB:LGCP) (the "Company") announces that its shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the continuation of the Company from Nevada to the Canadian federal jurisdiction under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "CBCA"). The continuation will be effective upon the Company completing the necessary filings with the Nevada Secretary of State and Industry Canada under the CBCA. The Company anticipates that these filings will be completed within the next week. The continuation represents a key milestone in the Company's plan to become a Canadian issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company will continue to trade in the United States on the OTC Bulletin Board, both before and after completion of the continuation and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. While the Company has commenced the listing application process with the TSX Venture Exchange, listing remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
