Lincoln Property Company Awarded Management of Apartment Community, Jefferson Pointe West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA--(Marketwired - Nov 26, 2013) - Lincoln BP Management, a division of Lincoln Property Company, recently announced that they have obtained management of Jefferson Pointe West Chester in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This newly constructed apartment community was completed in 2012 and has 230 eloquently appointed apartment homes.

Lincoln has retained Fource Communications to rebrand the community as The Pointe at West Chester; the new identity package will include a logo, signage, and marketing collateral materials.
