Lincoln Property Company Hires Greg Marchand as New Vice President of Operations for Northeast

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Apr 10, 2014) - Lincoln Property Company, currently ranked as the third largest apartment management firm in the US, recently announced the appointment of Greg Marchand as Vice President - Operations for the Northeast area.

Mr. Marchand has over 20 years of experience in managing all types of real estate, with an extensive background in multifamily assets, including development, renovation, turnaround of underperforming properties, and lease ups.
