Lincoln Property Company -- the third largest residential property management company in the U.S. -- is encouraging its residents and other aspiring interior designers to share their unique design tips and tricks through the Capture the Market (CTM) application available through App Store or Google Play.
Lincoln Property Company residents and other amateur designers are encouraged to upload their video capturing their suggestions on how to creatively and aesthetically manage their various living spaces. Winners will have an opportunity to have their entry featured on "Make the Most of Your Space." To make it easy, participants can use the app to shoot and submit their entries.
In addition to user-generated videos, "Make the Most of Your Space" also features professional episodes filmed and edited by the video series creator, Capture the Market. Lincoln Property Company recently sponsored one of their professional episodes, "Making the Most of Your Closet." The sponsored episode takes place in one of Lincoln's premier new construction apartment communities in Dallas, Texas, Upper East Side in The Village, and features a closet make-over using an Elfa organization system. The episode showcases tips and tricks on closet organization as well as amenities offered at this Village Apartments community.
The online video series has featured apartments and communities from across the U.S. where residents developed clever, creative, and interesting ways to enhance their living spaces.
