Lincoln Property Company Signs 108,626 Square Feet in New Leasing at Broadway 101

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - Jul 21, 2011) - The Phoenix office of Lincoln Property Company, a full-service real estate firm providing property management, receivership services, leasing, development and construction management, announced that it has added 108,626 square feet of new leases at Broadway 101 Commerce Park in Mesa, Arizona.

Boeing/Aviall, Inc., World Wide Technology, Inc., and Dragonfire Racing have added a total of 101,813 new square feet at Broadway 101. In addition, new tenant Comercializacion Y Servicios Del Norte, a construction distribution company headquartered in Mexico, has signed a 6,500 square foot lease at LPC's Broadway 101.

World Wide Technology added 54,373 square feet to their existing space for a total of 85,533 square feet.

Aviall added 43,581 square feet to their existing space for a total of 56,683 square feet.

Headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, Dragonfire Racing is a leading supplier of parts and accessories for UTV's. Dragonfire Racing added 3,859 square feet for a total of 11,762 square feet.

Located southeast of the Loop 101 / 202 freeway interchange on Broadway Road in Mesa, Ariz., Broadway 101 Commerce Park features 808,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse/distribution and office space in 11 buildings.

World Wide Technology was represented by broker Gregory White and Ryan Keiser with CB Richard Ellis. Boeing/Aviall was represented by Kevin Cosca of CB Richard Ellis. Lincoln Property Company, the landlord, was represented by Cooper Sutherland.

Developed by Lincoln Property Co. in partnership with RREEF, the project site was home to a Motorola semiconductor plant for more than 30 years before it closed in 2001. LPC demolished the 1.3 million square foot plant and has worked to reclaim reusable materials at the site.
