LSB now has 120 users across 12 branches that access a centralized Sage CRM SalesLogix database to view customer data that is organized by household accounts. A complete history of each customer's transactions with the bank helps agents to better match available services with customers who are ideal cross-sell candidates, while monitoring activity across each account.

Sage CRM SalesLogix is also used to manage the bank's segmented marketing campaigns. For example, agents can target customers approaching college graduation with information on home and auto loans. Detailed Sage CRM SalesLogix reports help campaign managers make informed decisions when allocating the marketing budget.
