LipidViro Tech Trades Under New Symbol

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 18, 2006 -- LipidViro Tech, Inc. (OTC BB: LPVT) today announced the effectiveness of its 7 for 1 stock dividend with the opening of the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) market this morning. LipidViro's new common stock trading symbol is LPVT, replacing the former trading symbol (OTC BB: LVRO) used for common shares prior to the dividend.
