Ruffolo brings nearly 25 years of experience in global sales and marketing management, professional services, operations and information technology. As the COO of Akamai Technologies, he drove the dramatic turnaround of the company by successfully focusing on the enterprise and government markets resulting in sustained, double-digit revenue growth and profitability. Prior to Akamai, Ruffolo was executive vice president of global sales, services and marketing at EMC Corporation where he drove over $8.5 billion in revenue. He was also the President of the Document Solutions Group at Xerox and the CIO of NCR Corporation.
