Liquid Nutrition Group Inc. to Commence Trading Today on TSX Venture Exchange

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 25, 2011) -

Liquid Nutrition Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LQD) ("LNGI") (formerly Lime Hill Capital Corporation) is pleased to announce that it has received the final bulletin of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX.V") approving its previously announced qualifying transaction. The common shares of LNGI will begin trading on the TSX.V at market open today, under the trading symbol "LQD.V".

The share purchase warrants of LNGI will also commence trading today under the symbol LQD.WT, each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of LNGI at a price of $1.50 (per share) until May 13, 2016.

There are currently 16,418,053 common shares of LNGI issued and outstanding.

In connection with the Qualifying Transaction, the following persons were named to the Board of Directors of LNGI:

Greg Chamandy as Chairman. Chamandy is also the Chairman of Oxbridge Bank and Trust SCC and Executive Chairman of Richmont Mines Inc. (TSX:RIC)(NYSE:RIC), a Canadian-based gold producer. He was formally the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gildan Activewear Inc. (NYSE:GIL) from 1984 to 2004.

Dana Ades-Landy as Director. Ades-Landy is the Senior Vice-President with Laurentian Bank of Canada, in charge of the mid-market group and has been since August 2006. In September 2010 she also took over responsibility for Commercial Banking in Ontario. From January 2004 to June 2006, she served as a Senior Vice-President at KPMG LLP.

Arlene Dickinson as Director. Dickinson is the Chief Executive Officer of Venture Communications Ltd., since 1988. A panelist on the Gemini award-winning CBC series, the Dragon's Den, Dickinson is one of Canada's most renowned independent marketing communications entrepreneurs.

Brandon Kou as Director. Kou is General Manager of Steve Nash Enterprises, a conglomerate with portfolio companies in media, sports, entertainment, health and wellness. Co-founder and Director for APOKO LLC, a digital marketing company focused on growing the online brands of athletes, celebrities and brands. Currently he is Chairman of the Board for OneBode Holdings LLC, an international holistic vitamin company.

Darren Stark as Director. Stark is President and Chief Executive Officer of Oxbridge Bank and Trust SCC. A lawyer with 20 years of international experience, he worked with Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (Cayman) Limited and Royal Bank of Canada (Caribbean) Corporation from 2000 to 2005. Currently, he is also a director of Culane Energy Inc. (TSX:CLN), a public oil and gas exploration company.

Glenn Young (President and Chief Executive Officer) as Director. Young is the President of LNGI, and was previously Executive Vice-President, Business Development from June 2010 to December 2010. An expert in the sports marketing sector, Young was formerly Senior Vice-President, Sports, Entertainment and Media for International Management Group Canada ("IMG"), the country's leading sports and lifestyle marketing company from December 2000 to March 2010.

LNGI also announces the appointments of Mark O'Hara as Chief Financial Officer and Mathieu Gendron as Corporate Secretary.

O'Hara is a Chartered Accountant and senior financial executive with significant experience across the retail, hospitality, healthcare and industrial manufacturing industries. Prior to joining LNGI, O'Hara was the Chief Financial Officer for Air Liquide Middle East & North Africa FZCO, based in Dubai, where he led the start-up of all accounting and finance activities in the region. He began his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse London (England) and Toronto offices.

Gendron is a lawyer at Heenan Blaikie LLP, one of the leading law firms in Canada. His practice includes corporate reorganizations and financings, with a particular emphasis on tax impact and securities related issues. Prior to joining Heenan Blaikie LLP in 2006, Gendron worked with another law firm specializing in business law. He also held the position of General Manager of an investment fund from 2008 to 2010.
