Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd. ("Liquor Stores" or the "Company") (TSX:LIQ)(TSX:LIQ.DB.A)(TSX:LIQ.DB.B) is pleased to announce that the underwriters of its previously announced offering (the "Offering") of 4.70% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures of the Company (the "Debentures") exercised in full their over-allotment option, resulting in the issue of an additional $10,125,000 aggregate principal amount of Debentures for total gross proceeds of $77,625,000. A syndicate co-led by CIBC Capital Markets and National Bank Financial Inc. and including Cormark Securities Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and PI Financial Corp. acted as the underwriters for the Offering.
