Lisa Nelson Named President of Equifax Canada

Current President Carol Gray to Retire

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 24, 2014) - Consumer and business insights expert, Equifax Inc. (NYSE:EFX) announced today the appointment of Lisa Nelson as president of its Canadian operations, effective January 1, 2015. Nelson replaces Carol Gray, current president of Equifax Canada, who is retiring at the end of 2014 after seven years with Equifax and over 30 years in the financial industry.

Under Gray's leadership, Equifax Canada has become the top provider of consumer and commercial credit data and information across the country. The organization has expanded its product lines by delivering industry-leading solutions for risk management, fraud prevention, customer acquisition and marketing. Equifax Canada also introduced and significantly developed its Personal Solutions business during Gray's tenure, providing millions of Canadian consumers with direct and easy access to their credit information.

Nelson joined Equifax in 2011 and is senior vice president of Enterprise Alliances in the U.S. She has strong operational leadership experience, having been responsible for the top North American 50 channel/connector partners across Equifax. Before joining Equifax, Lisa was vice president of Global Scoring Solutions for FICO.

"Carol has been a strong leader; a person with a hard-to-find combination of deep skills, experience, knowledge, leadership, compassion and grace, who has worked tirelessly and successfully to make Equifax the unquestioned leader in the industry in Canada," said Paulino Barros, president of Equifax International.

"While Carol will be leaving us to spend more time with her husband and family, and the numerous organizations to which she belongs, we are delighted that she will become Chair of our Canadian Customer Advisory Board, continuing to help us grow our business."

"We look forward to leveraging Lisa's business acumen and her results-driven approach to further build on Equifax Canada's success in the market," added Barros. "She has a collaborative style and will work closely with our customers to develop even more relevant and business-impacting solutions for our members."
