Live and Breathe Technologies Celebrates One-Year Anniversary

EAU CLAIRE, WI--(Marketwired - Sep 28, 2015) - Live and Breathe Technologies, an in-store marketing firm specializing in brand management and customer acquisitions, just celebrated their first anniversary on September 11, 2015. Market Manager, Chris Black, attributes the company's early success to the close relationships that he and his employees have built with their Fortune 500 retail partners and their national consultants. Black recently announced Live and Breathe Technologies' plan for expansion into two more locations by the end of 2015. To facilitate this growth, the company plans on implementing an in-house management training program to teach career-oriented employees about leadership at the firm, broaching topics such as business development, communications, and marketing strategy.

As a local entrepreneur, Black has risen to the top at Live and Breathe Technologies through a combination of hard work, dedication, and skill. As a Market Manager, Black's main strategy in training has been to lead from the front. He has been listed repeatedly as one of the top producers in sales across the nation for clients in the satellite, cellular, and communications industries. When asked about his drive for success, Black quoted Will Rogers, who stated, "If you are on the right track, but you are standing still, you are going to get run over." As a manager, Black definitely believes in cultivating a momentum-based environment at the office which will allow the company and employees to reach expansion goals.

When asked about his personal inspiration to succeed at the company, Black referred to his son, Timothy, who will be graduating as a United States Marine in mid-October. One might say that the Black family is a prime example of the American Dream because of their patriotism and their aspirations to build a strong foundation for their business that allows individuals to seize the opportunity to start at the bottom and work to the top. Black remarked that his secret to success is hard work, stating, "It's an all-in mentality and requires commitment. If my clients are there, I am there." In an article published by Forbes, entitled "Why American Values Are More Important Than Ever," Greg Satell asserts that "it is a general sense of shared hopes and aspirations that binds us together." And it is that sense of hope and forward momentum at Live and Breathe Technologies that has enabled the business to find success.

For example, the company runs a year-long internship program to give students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the workforce. Because the company is operating out of a college town, Black remarked that it gave Live and Breathe Technologies an excellent opportunity to work with and provide students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. For instance, Tyler Crank recently completed a summer internship with the firm. Tyler, who had the opportunity to shadow Black, is projected to graduate from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a bachelor's degree in Marketing in December 2015.

The sports-minded company culture at Live and Breathe Technologies allows employees a chance to connect and engage in friendly competitions. Black stated that the company is a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers. Team nights during football season are always a treat for the entire company.
