EAST GREENBUSH, NY--(Marketwire - September 22, 2010) -   Autotask Corporation, the worldwide leader in hosted IT Business Management software, announced that its software has been selected as the preferred service platform for Live Virtual Help Desk (LiveVHD), a leading "Live" Help Desk and Network Operating Center (NOC) service for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in North America. LiveVHD will standardize its operations on the Autotask platform to streamline, automate and manage thousands of service tickets on behalf of their NOC nerve center and help desk services clients.
