LiveOps Executives Featured Speakers at Contact Center Conference and Expo

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - March 17, 2011) - LiveOps announced today that two executives will be featured presenters during the Contact Center Conference & Expo 2011 to be held in Nashville, Tennessee, March 21-24, 2011. To address this year's theme of "elevating the contact center profession and customer experience to center stage," Paul Lang, SVP of Product Management, and Tim Whipple, VP of LiveOps' Agent Community, will discuss many of the trends and issues companies are facing and the cloud technologies that are driving key advances in the industry.

Paul Lang's presentation, "Customer Service of the Future: Observe! Clouds Ahead," will explore the transformative technologies and best practices to streamline and improve the customer engagement experience. Based on his 20 years of management experience in contact centers and telecommunications, his interactive session will break down the trends that are changing the way companies can and will be interacting and servicing their consumers. Tim Whipple's session is titled "Getting Closer to Your Customer with a Distributed Agent Community."
