LiveOps Names Olivier Gachot General Manager and Executive Vice President for Contact Center Cloud Business

Former IBM Senior Executive to Expand LiveOps Cloud Offerings

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - May 10, 2011) - LiveOps, the leader in workforce cloud services, announced today that Olivier Gachot has been named General Manager and Executive Vice President for the company's award-winning Contact Center Cloud technology. Gachot is a seasoned technology executive who has executed sales and operational programs for several top-tier technology firms, most recently at IBM.

In his new role, Gachot will ensure the continued growth of LiveOps' Contact Center Cloud business, and will be responsible for the direction of the platform's strategy, engineering, sales, operations and service. As an integral member of LiveOps' Executive Management Committee, Olivier will be instrumental in shaping the future of the LiveOps Contact Center Cloud business, with the primary objective of delivering value to customers and providing strategic counsel to help them reach their goals.

Gachot previously served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for the Websphere, iLog and Lombardi business lines at IBM. Prior to IBM, he was the EVP Worldwide Sales, Channels and Services at Lombardi software. His career started in his homeland of France, where he played an instrumental role in helping Sybase and Digital Equipment Corporation develop and expand their business operations in Europe. He is a graduate of France's exclusive Prytanée Military Academy and holds a Master of Science degree from Le Havre Business School.
