LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 5, 2011) - LI-ION MOTORS CORP. (OTCBB: LMCO) (FRANKFURT: LL9L), Wave II winner of the 2010 Progressive Automotive X-Prize and the industry leader in all-electric, long-range high-speed vehicles and the manufacturer of the world's first all-American all electric supercar, the INIZIO, is pleased to provide its annual corporate update.

2010 was a historic year for Li-ion Motors. We became the world leader in all electric vehicles by winning the Progressive Automotive X-Prize and unveiled the INIZIO supercar. Li-ion Motors is now accepting orders for the INIZIO Supercar with deliveries to begin summer 2011. Orders for the WAVE II are also being accepted with deliveries summer 2011.
