In just one month, businesses in the 1app pilot are seeing the positive impact of the mobile platform. Merchants are rapidly building a strong base of followers on 1app, with several of them exceeding 600 followers already. Their mobile messaging has successfully engaged existing customers, driven new ones into the businesses, and sparked sharing on social networks.
