Local Partners Aim to Raise $20,000 for Breast Cancer Research

DETROIT, MI--(Marketwire - Oct 10, 2011) - expects to donate $20,000 to the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit. October is more than Halloween and Oktoberfest, it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month -- the season of pink ribbon walks and fundraisers. And believes sales of all these pink ribbon party favors, bracelets, hats, apparel, and decorations should help find a cure. That's why they will donate six percent of all pink ribbon and Breast Cancer Awareness merchandise sales to the Karmanos Cancer Institute.

Their donation is six percent of total pink sales, not only profits or proceeds.
