LockPath Prepares for 2015 by Doubling Executive Team

OVERLAND PARK, KS--(Marketwired - January 15, 2015) - LockPath Inc. has added four members to its executive team in the past month to enhance the company's ability to serve its growing client base, lead its expanding workforce and execute its growth strategy in 2015.

LockPath is a market leader in corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance (GRC) and information security (InfoSec) software. The company's Keylight platform is generating strong interest across multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, legal, retail, energy and manufacturing.

"Interest in our patented technology will only intensify as regulations become more extensive, threats become more severe and audits become more frequent," said LockPath CEO Chris Caldwell. "To take full advantage of our growth opportunities, we have recruited experienced leaders with specific talents to complement our existing team and help us execute our aggressive plan of action."

LockPath has added the following executives since early December:

Wyatt Cobb joins the company as Vice President of Channel Sales, where he will be called upon to develop strategies and create opportunities for LockPath and its channel partners to increase field and customer engagement. Cobb most recently worked at FireMon where he managed enterprise and channel sales and implemented the company's first global channel partner program.

"Wyatt's decade of global sales and business development experience and his expertise in cybersecurity analysis and audit solutions will be a major asset to LockPath and our channel partners," said Caldwell.

Melanie Ekeland works with the procurement departments for LockPath clients and facilitates the Keylight onboarding process. Ekeland brings more than 10 years of global sourcing and operations management experience with her previous employer, DST Systems. Ekeland also has experience streamlining procurement processes, as well as establishing processes for business continuity, disaster recovery and information security.

"In recruiting for this role, we wanted somebody with Melanie's skills and experience to continue developing collaborative relationships with our clients," said Caldwell.

Chris Geisert was named Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for strategic market development, brand promotion and external communications. Geisert brings over 20 years of marketing and brand development experience to LockPath. Among his past positions, Geisert served as director of brand promotions for America Online, vice president of marketing and managing director for Tradebot Ventures, and vice president of marketing for XIKAR, the world's leading cigar accessory company.

LockPath has also added Dennis Keglovits as Vice President of Professional Services to chart value-add strategies for LockPath clients to effectively integrate Keylight into their governance programs.

Keglovits brings more than 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of risk management, internal audit and compliance services across several industries and is a veteran of Big 4 accounting and consulting firms.

These four individuals join an executive team that includes CEO Chris Caldwell and Chief Technology Officer Chris Goodwin, the company's co-founders, as well as Chief Architect Tim Norman, and Chief Financial Officer Brian Dillbeck.
