Wayne Heintz is a seasoned veteran hotelier with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Wayne has been the General Manager of hotels ranging from 115 to 425 guest rooms. He has over 15 years in multi-unit management serving as President/CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations and Regional Manager. Wayne has worked with the following hotel brands: IHG, Hilton Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Choice, Best Western, Boomerang Hotel and Independent hotels. Wayne's experience is broad, encompassing all aspects of hotel disciplines with expertise in Full and Limited Service Hotels, Extended Stay Hotels, Resort Management, Hotel Operations and Sales and Marketing.
Before joining LodgeWell, Wayne held the position of President/CEO of Crown Group, Inc., a 3rd party hotel management company managing 15 hotels, was the Chief Operating Officer for Leisure Hotels & Resorts and Vice President of Operations for American General Hospitality, Inc., operators of more than 125 hotels nationwide. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Minot State University.

He owned and served as Chairman and CEO of two banks in the Kansas City area one of which he chartered. As Regional Manager for Stephens Inc in Little Rock, AR he had oversight municipal finance and merger and acquisition activities in the Midwest region of the country. He was also owner of a highly successful real estate company in the Kansas City area.
