Longview Capital Partners Announces Resignation of VP-Investment Banking

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - June 5, 2008) - Longview Capital Partners Incorporated (TSX: LV) (FRANKFURT: L6V) ("Longview") announces that Shaun Maskerine, Vice President, Investment Banking, has resigned from his position with Longview, effective May 30, 2008, in order to pursue other interests.

Mr. Maskerine joined Longview as Vice President, Investment Banking on January 9, 2006 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company by helping to take many of Longview's investee companies public and assisting Longview to create long-term shareholder value.
