Look Out D.C.! Graffiato Is on the Go in the New CityEats Food Truck

Latest Initiative by CityEats Is Yet Another Way to Connect Area's Best Chefs With Diners

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - Jul 25, 2012) - If you're one of the many food lovers who still hasn't snagged a reservation at Mike Isabella's Graffiato, then you will be excited to know Mike Isabella may be trucking to a neighborhood near you. CityEats.com, a new destination powered by Food Network for diners to discover and book the best restaurants in town, is driving an initiative to bring some of the best chefs to the hottest spots in the District via their Food Truck.

Chef Isabella is putting Graffiato on wheels, and hitting the streets of Washington, D.C. to put his food truck fantasy to the test. Visitors to the CityEats Food Truck will have the chance to meet the "Top Chef All-Stars" runner-up and win some prizes by participating in the "Challenge Your Palate" contest, judged by the chef. Fans who can identify ingredients in dishes Chef Isabella creates using Breville kitchen appliances will win prizes ranging from lunch at Graffiato to autographed copies of this forthcoming cookbook, Mike Isabella's Crazy Good Italian (releasing September 25), to iPods and products from Breville.

Visitors will also be able to make reservations at Graffiato, as well as at CityEats' other top Washington, D.C. restaurants, on the spot.

"Even with CityEats, it can be hard to get a seat at Graffiato because of the high demand, so today I'm bringing Graffiato to people all over D.C.," said Mike Isabella. "I've thought about launching a food truck, and I'm excited to be the first chef featured in CityEats' new ride."

"CityEats is always looking for ways to connect the city's best food with consumers," said Sameer Deen, President of CityEats. "The CityEats Food Truck is another way we can highlight and showcase the best chefs in the city and help consumers easily find and discover where they want their next night out to be."
