("Zebra") currently own 5,112,500 common shares of Newstrike Capital Inc. (the "Company") or approximately 5.03 % of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company, and 4,500,000 common shares or approximately 4.43 % of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company, respectively. Lorito has acquired an additional 2,417,300 common shares or approximately 2.38% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
The 2,417,300 common shares acquired by Lorito were acquired through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at prices ranging from $1.40 to $2.25 per share.
Lorito now holds a total of 7,529,800 common shares or approximately 7.40% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Together, Lorito and Zebra hold a total of 12,029,800 common shares, or approximately 11.83% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
