LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG--(Marketwired - June 17, 2014) - Lorito Holdings S.à.r.l. ("Lorito") and Zebra Holdings and Investments S.à.r.l ("Zebra"), two companies controlled by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin, announced today that each had acquired ownership of 1'750'000 common shares respectively of NGEx Resources Inc. (TSX:NGQ)(OMX:NGQ) ("NGEx) in consideration of approximately Cdn$2.01 per common share by way of private placement. As a result of these acquisitions, Lorito and Zebra hold 18'000'000 and 19'161'841 common shares respectively of NGEx representing 9.66% and 10.28% respectively of the issued capital of NGEx.
Lorito and Zebra are joint actors with respect to their holdings in NGEx and have acquired the shares for investment purposes. Each of Lorito and Zebra may from time to time increase or decrease their investment in NGEx depending upon the business and prospects of NGEx and depending upon future market conditions.
