Lorne Park Capital Partners Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LPC) ("LPCP") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Carlo Pannella, as Chief Financial Officer effective May 31, 2016. Mr. Pannella replaces Mr. Scott Franklin, who resigned effective May 31, 2016. The Company would like to thank Mr. Franklin for his contributions as CFO of LPCP.

Mr. Pannella is a Chartered Professional Accountant and brings 20 years of finance, accounting and operational experience with both public and private companies to LPCP.
