Loudmouth Appoints Dennis Green as President/Chief Executive Officer to Spearhead Growth and Development

FOSTER CITY, CA--(Marketwired - March 04, 2015) - Loudmouth, the world leader in bold and bright sports and lifestyle apparel, announced today that it has named Dennis Green as President/Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Green joined Loudmouth in early 2014 as the Executive Vice President/General Manager of Sales and Marketing and was later promoted to President of Loudmouth in June 2014. Green's new title as President/CEO comes at an exciting time for Loudmouth as the company continues to expand into the lifestyle market.

"Dennis' experience at Disney, Nike and Hurley brings a leadership role to Loudmouth that we are excited about," says Woody, Loudmouth Founder and Designer. "With Dennis at the helm, Loudmouth's potential is unlimited."

Since joining Loudmouth, Green and his executive team have reorganized the day-to-day business of the company and refocused the brand vision for continued profitable growth. His leadership thus far has played a key role in Loudmouth's success in 2014 -- the company's best year ever.

"I am honored to be leading a passionate and talented team, and feel confident that the best is yet to come," says Green. "The potential of the Loudmouth brand is tremendous and I look forward to exploring all opportunities for growth in both domestic and international markets."

Licensing deals with associates such as logo'd collegiate apparel and a new partnership with Major League Baseball will be a key focus for Green this year. Green's expertise will also lead Loudmouth into the lifestyle category and be instrumental in helping the brand reach a new demographic, specifically focused on women consumers.

Green started his career in branding, sales and marketing over 25 years ago and has worked in the consumer and apparel industry ever since. Before joining Loudmouth he was the managing partner at Indexla, where he led branding and design efforts for several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, Green served as SVP of Global Product at Hurley, SVP of Global Creative for Disney Consumer Products, Director at Nike, and VP of Sales and Merchandising for Cherokee Apparel. In his various positions, Green was instrumental in increasing sales and profitability, as well as developing relationships with global retail chains and building world-class brands.
