LOUISE Entreprises pursues its development with €3M Capital Raise

PARIS--(Marketwire - August 19, 2009) - LOUISE Entreprises, a company pioneering in the development of perfume in a stick, raises 3 millions Euros provided by a private investor. It is the second fund raising for LOUISE Entreprises since the beginning of the year. This fund raising takes place a few months only after a majority controlling stake was acquired by ENEX Group last April.

LOUISE Entreprises, created in 2005 by Isabelle Masson-Mandonnaud, offers another dimension in the world of perfume by creating a new gesture: "the touch of perfume". The CrazySticks, innovative concept of the solid perfume in a stick, are already distributed in France and in many countries through the two following labels: "CrazyLibellule and The Poppies" (selective distribution) and "My perfume is a Twistick" (mass market).

This new investment will permit LOUISE Entreprises to reinforce and develop initiatives already undertaken. It will help the Company to enlarge its operational teams to develop the distribution in France and abroad. It will also let the Company put emphasis on marketing and communication activities. Furthermore, the financing will enhance the rapid growth of new products on the marketplace.
