Louisiana Food Company Announces Fall Addition to Package Dry Product Line

Elysian Fields Black-Eyed Peas to Bring South Louisiana Home Cooking to Shelves

BATON ROUGE, LA--(Marketwire - Aug 9, 2011) - Louisiana Food Company (OTCBB: LUSI), a purveyor of "Certified" Louisiana specialty food products, today introduced its newest product, Elysian Fields Black-Eyed Peas. This newest addition to LUSI's packaged dry product line is a true representation of a South Louisiana favorite, with that "Nice Louisiana Spice" added. The Elysian Fields Black-Eyed Peas will begin to appear on grocers' shelves near the end of September 2011.
