Loyalist Completes Acquisition of Victoria International Academy of English and Victoria International Academy of Teacher Training

Loyalist Group Limited, "Loyalist" (TSX VENTURE:LOY) today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Victoria International Academy of English ("VIAE" ) and Victoria International Academy of Teacher Training Ltd. ("VIATT").

The purchase price was $355,000. Of the total, $310,000 was paid in cash at the closing of the transaction, less outstanding liabilities, and the balance of $45,000 is due four months after closing, subject to adjustment.
