MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- Latitude Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LTDN), a manufacturer of high-quality offshore sport fishing and high performance center console boats, announces today that it has hired Jonathan Giner as the new Director of Sales and Marketing.

Giner comes to Latitude from Yacht Electric, an electrical systems design and manufacturing company for Bertram Yachts, where he served in numerous roles in marketing and management.

One of Mr. Giner's main tasks will be to structure and set a foundation for a dealer network as the company embarks on a major promotional tour including exhibiting at major boat shows throughout the nation. We as a company feel that at this time having someone with his experience in the industry and work ethics is extremely important for us to meet our estimated year end projection of $4 million.

Carolina Hernandez, President and CEO of Latitude Industries, stated that Mr. Giner has a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from one of the nations most prestigious business schools, Florida International University. He will also be managing the day-to-day marketing and sales operations at Latitude's headquarters. His duties include meeting short-, mid-, and long-term marketing and sales goals while maintaining crucial quota standards amongst his team.
