Lucedale Forest Products Inc. Initiates Construction of GreenShield™ Composite Fence Post Facility

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 14, 2007 -- Greenstone Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GSHG) announced today that Lucedale Forest Products Inc., a wooden pole manufacturer of Lucedale, Mississippi has committed to construct a treatment facility to produce composite wood fence posts using the Company's product, GreenShield™, its proprietary chemically created polymer and wood. The composite fence post will be resistant to water, moisture, and fire.
