About the Lawsuit

Lululemon and certain of its executives are charged with issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements during the Class Period, in violation of federal securities laws. 

These false statements and omissions included, in part, that: (i) the quality defects in the Company's March 1, 2013 shipment of Luon yoga pants rendering the pants see-through, resulted in part from efforts to cut costs in order to raise profit margins to the detriment of product quality and brand reputation; (ii) Lululemon was being forced to sell its pants at a discounted price during the Class Period to obtain sales and protect market share; and (iii) there were serious discussions concerning defendant CEO Christine McCormick Day's continued employment at the Company.
